FAQ & Salon Policies

IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT POLICIES

 

Salon 422 is a boutique salon. ABSOLUTELY NO WALK-INS we service by appointment only. Only clients being serviced are allowed in the salon. Upon scheduling your appointment keep in mind we do not overbook appointments for our clients; at Salon 422 your appointment is YOUR appointment.

 

Appointments are scheduled via our online utilizing Genbook scheduling services.

 

All scheduled appointments are subject to the demand of the stylist's schedule. In the event the stylist occur a scheduling conflict during the time of your appointment you will be notified as soon as possible & given a 40% off discounted rate for the service(s) scheduled. The rescheduled appointment will be made within 24 hours of contact based on the client & stylist availability.

 

ALL APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS require a minimum a 24 hours’ notice otherwise a $75.00 cancellation fee will be applied toward your next visit. The $75.00 cancellation fee must be paid in full prior to rescheduling. Cancellations must be made via phone to the Salon at (678) 667-0422 or via Genbook on-line scheduling using the ‘Manage your appointment’ button/link.

 

**LATE POLICY ** Due to the nature of our services we must operate in a timely fashion. In the event you are more than 30 minutes late for an appointment, a $50.00 late fee will be added to your services for every 30 minutes that you are late. If you are more than an hour late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be responsible for a $75.00 cancellation fee upon rescheduling.

 

Once your appointment is scheduled you  and the  stylist are allotted a 30-minute grace period following your appointment time to arrive. If you do not arrive within the allotted time Salon 422 reserves the right to cancel your appointment and you will need to reschedule. In the event you are that serviced you will be responsible for a $50.00 late fee for every 30 minutes you are late from the appointment time omitting the grace period.

 

Example 1: Jane appointment is scheduled for 1:00 PM, she arrives at 1:35 PM. Jane is responsible for the cost of service PLUS a $50.00 a late fee.

 

Example 2: Tracy appointment is scheduled for 1:00 PM. She arrives at 2:15 PM. The Salon approves service but Tracy is responsible for the cost of service PLUS a $100.00 late fee ($50.00 X 2 from the 1:00 PM appointment).

 

Example 3: Christina appointment is scheduled for 1:00 PM. She arrives at 2:15 PM. The Salon declines service due to scheduling capacity. Christina appointment is cancelled upon rescheduling she is responsible for the cost of service PLUS a $75.00 cancellation fee.

 

Any e-mails submissions with an appointment requests or cancellations will NOT be honored instead please schedule an appointment online or phone (678) 667-0422.

 

Salon 422 reserves the right to forfeit discounts/vouchers when a client has a no-call no-show during the timeframe of their scheduled appointment. The timeframe does include the 30-minute grace period.
